St. Andrews SMBC
| Description: We are a very friendly club who meet on Tuesday afternoons 2pm till 4.30pm and Thursday evenings 7pm till 9.30pm. We are members of the Clacton and District Short Mat Bowls League and have been very successfull in winning the League,and coming runners up. We have a lot of very competative bowlers and others who just want to go and 'roll up' on session days,either way the mix is good. We hold a Gala day every year which is very well attended and looked forward to by the people who come, we also go and play competitions at other clubs in the Essex and Suffolk Counties.We also have good social activities, theatre trips,boat trips and holidays to Potters and Gunton Hall. | ||
