My Grandfather - Tom Morgan living in Milton Road, Penarth - wrote a history of the Penarth Bowling Club way back (I think) in the 50's which I typed up for him, and I wondered if you still have a copy in your archives.
If you have I would really love a copy as I never kept one at the time.
My Grandmother Annie Morgan regularly helped with the teas and my Mother regularly mended the flag, and at one time I think she even made a new one !
I have numerous badges of my Grandfather's from various Clubs he visited. I was born and brought up in Penarth and I do hope you will be able to help me.

hi,please can you help me research some family history that i have been told that some ancestors of mine actually laid or relaid the penarth bowling green possibly late 1800's or in the eARLY 1900'S, their names would have been a william and a henry maunder, do you have any records of this please and possibly any photos relating to it if it is indeed correct.
