Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a nephew af Ada Munton who I beleive was an avid member of your club for many years. As you probably know, Ada died and was cremated some time ago. I am in possession of her ashes and my family would like her ashes spread in the gardens or some suitable area of her bowls club. I am sure she would love to have this as her final resting place.
I would like to ask your committee for permission to carry out this event at some time in the future on a date that is suitable to all concerned.
