| Description: Situated on the far North Western Cape of Queensland Weipa Bowls Club is a surprising oasis in this mining community. With 2 well maintained greens considered to be among the best in Queensland the Club provides members and visitors with an enjoyable way to pass the time. The Club has a newly built Restaurant and Al Fresco dining area and a newly refurbished kitchen. 20 poker machines with 2 links provide entertainment and the new state of the art coldroom provides drinks at the perfect temperature in the 38 plus climate. Live entertainment, Bingo, Darts and Cards aswell as the Volunteer Marine Rescue Raffles provide a full calander of events in the bar and Bare foot Bowls and Social Sundays keep the greens on the go and our loyal clientelle happy. | ||
