Narelle Long on 24^th November 2011 (): Hi my name is narelle long, my family and I recently purchased a bar in Mackay Queensland Australia. We found amounst the bar a brass bowl trophy with the inscription written as follows: Panmure Hotel - Rose Bowl presented by C.A.Thiem to the Edzell Bowling Club dated 1924. On the back of the bowl is inscriptions of the winners of the bowl from 1924 to 1930.
I am interested in finding out some history of the bowl.
