Quendon Bowling Club
| Description: Quendon Bowling Club was established over 75 years ago and has a 6-rink bowling green, large clubhouse with bar, kitchen, changing rooms etc and with ample car parking. During the Spring/Summer period we have weekend friendlies with other local clubs as well as North West Essex and Steeple Bumpstead league matches, county games, club competitions and practise games. The club hosts a Quendon Festival day where clubs and individuals are invited to enter a team competing for a cup and prizes. During the winter months we play carpet bowls in the clubhouse as well as competing in leagues and friendlies at the indoor bowling centre 'Turpins'. Other activities include quiz nights, whist drives, BBQ, bingo, Christmas Fayres etc. | ||
