Alan Ferguson on 14^th February 2014 (): Dear Mr Carr i would like to enquire about the possibility of hiring your large hall for a private function on either Saturday 4th August or Saturday 11th August. It is a joint celebration for my Mothers 80th Birthday and my Parents 60th wedding anniversary.My father Tommy Ferguson was a member of Clarkston Bowling Club for around the last 15yrs, although he has now retired from playing due to ill health. We would be more than happy to provide our own entertainment and catering. I am writing to enquire about the possibility of hiring the Bowling Club hall for a private function on either 15th or 22nd April. The occasion is my husbands 65th birthday.
We used the hall previously to celebrate his 50th and 60th birthdays. Everyone had a very pleasant evening and we would like to repeat this.
We would be happy to provide our own entertainment and catering as on the previous occasions.
