Cambridge and District Bowls League

2012 is the Centenary year for the Cambridge and District Bowls League. For 100 years the C&D has provided clubs in the Cambridgeshire area with a game that offers a few extra challenges...

• The Jack is not centered
• Only Bowls within a yard of the Jack count
• Bowls have to be kept within the confines of the rink
• No dead ends

It is not only the oldest league in the area, having been conceived 14 years before the Cambs County Leagues began, but it's also the most hotly contested, with five divisions of eleven teams taking part.
