| Description: The 2008 outdoor season starts on the 26th April.Monday and Friday are the regular Club Days.(1.30 for a 2pm start)If you are considering joining a bowls club come along to meet us or contact the secretary for more information. Both experienced bowlers and newcommers will be welcome.Tuition available. Belfairs Bowls Club is a Parks Club and is affiliated to Essex. County Bowling Assc(Group 6),Bowls England,Southend and District Bowling Association and is a member of the Southend Parks Bowls Circle. Mens competitions and home and away friendlies are arranged for club members during the outdoor season. The Club's acheivements in 2007 were :- Essex County Bowling Association, Group 6 , Belfairs BC's C team gained promotion to Div. 5 Belfairs BC's B team were runners up in Div. 4 Belfairs BC's A team will play in Div. 2 in 2008 Parks Bowls Circle T.M.Triples - winners 2007 Southend and District Inter Club - runners up 2007 Parks Bowls Circle - Behararell Challenge Shield - Winners and the Tattersall Coronation Triples Trophy - Winners. | ||
