| Description: Chirk AAA Bowling club is a section of Chirk AAA Ltd, Sports and social club, Holyhead Road Chirk Wrexham. We are affiliated to the Wrexham Ponderosa league, Wrexham Veterans league, Welsh CGBA.We have four teams in the Oswestry league one being a veterans team.We are also affiliated to Shropshire CGBA. HISTORY:- The club was reformed in 1980 after a break of thirty years. Our membeship peaked at about sixty members but we have at present around forty-five. We endeavour to recruit in the locality and are always on the look out for new players. | ||
