Hampton Bowling Club

 
Description:
Hampton Bowling Club was founded in 1928 as a separate Ladies and Mens Club. It merged into a mixed club in 2002. It is a lawn green bowling club and welcomes everybody, young and old, either as a playing or social member.
Hampton Bowling green is a public facility run by Richmond upon Thames council. It is open during the published seasonal times for the public to pay and play, see the green fees quoted below.
The correct footwear or flat sole shoes, must be worn. General equipment is also available for the public’s use (i.e. jack and mats etc.).
We have four training sessions at the beginning of the season, where anybody can turn up for free instruction in bowling. We are affiliated to the EBA, EWBA and MCWBA.

Bowling Green

Season starts from May to September
Times of opening during Season:
2:00PM Monday to Friday
10:00AM Saturday and Sunday

Roll Ups
Monday and Tuesday 2:00PM, Thursday 6:00PM

Uniform
White Trousers/Skirt and White Top for matches.
Grey Trousers/Skirt and White Top for Rolls Ups etc.

Cost of subscriptions £15-00 per annum

Season tickets (prices set by Richmond upon Thames Council).
Over 60’s £70-00. Discount for Leisure Card.
Under 16’s £20-00. Remainder subsidised by HBC.

Pay as you Play
Over 60’s and Under 16’s at £1-75 per hour (or part of an hour).
Under 60’s at £2-60 per hour (or part of an hour).
