| Description: Buckinghamshire Short Mat Bowling Association is the recognised governing body for the sport of Short Mat Bowls in the county of Buckinghamshire in England. The B.S.M.B.A. is affiliated to the English Short Mat Bowls Association (E.S.M.B.A.) who govern the sport at National Level. The Association has a membership of more than 460 individual members, and currently comprises three leagues within the South Bucks region, these being the Bucks Single Mat League, the South Bucks League and The Aylesbury Vale Friendly Short Mat League. Within these leagues there are 19 Clubs with a further 6 clubs not playing in any specific league. New players are always welcome in any of these clubs, as are beginners who would like to learn the game of Short Mat Bowls. | |||
