The Cheadle and Gatley District Bowling League exists to promote Crown Green Bowling in its area. This area nowadays extends beyond the old Cheadle and Gatley Urban District, and includes Stockport, South Manchester and parts of North-east Cheshire.

Mid-Cheshire Bowling Association | (contact info and clubs)

Established in 1904, the headquarters for the Association are at Winnington Park Recreational Club, Northwich. Situated in the heart of Cheshire, the Association is made up of forty two participating clubs, boasting approximately two thousand registered players.
